The Library is open!
From July 15, the Library team is happy to welcome you again! Find here the opening hours for the Summer
Annual closure: August 3rd to August 14
To come in, to read or to borrow a book, you must follow some general safety guidelines:
- Wear a mask
- Wash your hands at the entrance
- Respect social distancing guidelines (waiting lines, floor markings)
47 seats are available, among them:
- 11 on the top floor
- 2 study rooms seating 2 and 4 people
- 5 study carrels
A colour coding scheme has been set up: you will either see a green (the seat has been disinfected) or a red (it has not) sticker next to each seat to know if it is safe to seat in.
The printer is also available following the same health protocol: floor markings, waiting line, one person at a time in the printer room, mandatory handwashing.
To borrow an item, you can:
- Come to the Library and pick it up yourself: you will have to wear a mask and put any item you have touched but are not borrowing in a plastic box so it can be disinfected
- Use the “Click & Collect” system – in which case, you still have to pick up your items at the front desk
All the health and safety guidelines are displayed in the Library entrance and can also be accessed in the PRAP instructions
