The library is present remotly for you!
Find out how services are organized remotely and all the resources that you have access to
The Documentation Centre has been closed since Monday 16th March and until further notice, but many services are still open online:
- You can access remotely to all the electronic resources, juts log in with IMT Mines Albi user and password, from “Archipel” or from the “Resources” tab of the website (all you need to know about remote access).
- For your loans in progress (If you still have books that you have borrowed from the Doc): during the closing period, the planned return dates are automatically extended.
- There are more than 50 000 ebooks that you have access to. Enjoy the offer of “Wiley” and “Taylor & Francis”, the more consulted will be purchased to have them on the Library.
- Reporting of your research publications, and assistance with HAL filing.
- The Library loan service continues for the articles that you won’t find in our resources.
- Le Library team is present remotely and will continue to answer all your questions by email.
Also, in the next few days, we will offer you a new service: virtual workshops/courses. They will help you to learn about a specific topic in a short duration, with a demo and a question-and-answer period. A librarian will facilitate the remote workshop, and those who are interested and available will be able to join the virtual session. The subjects and their hours will be communicated to you by email. A few examples are:
- I use the “ScholarVox” eBook platform,
- I make an advanced investigation on the “Web of Science”,
- I read the news on “Europresse”,
- I'm querying the “Espacenet” patent database,
- I make my HAL CV,
- I update my electronic identity,
- …
All your suggestions are welcome!
