I declare my copies to the CFC
In accordance with the legislation, any copy of a copyrighted work, which is used and distributed in the context of a course, must be declared to the French centre for copyright exploitation (CFC).
If you are a teacher and you make photocopies of parts of a book or articles for your classes then you will need to declare this. To do this, please fill in the online form.
You may also find a hard copy of the form in the photocopying department.
The CFC is a society for the collection and distribution of literary and artistic property rights. It is the organization that manages book and press copyrights on behalf of authors and publishers.
